2:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Tech Inspection In Town

5:15PM - 6:15 PM - Drivers Orientation -  Derby Kilo

Friday, May 22nd:

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Derby Kilo - Derby Airfield

All drivers must have been inspected and have attended the drivers orientation for the Derby Kilo !!

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Tech Inspection

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM -  Driver Orientation For Late Arrivals - Derby Kilo

All Day - Open Road Race course inspection  (speed limits must be observed; it will be patrolled and if you receive a ticket or are observed by an official of WCTA exceeding the speed limit on Coal Canyon road -  you will not be allowed to compete in the Open Road Race !! 

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Parade through town -  All participants are required to be there !!

6:00 PM - 7:30 PM - Community BBQ - Show off your car; meet the locals !!

7:45 PM - 8:45 PM - Drivers Meeting - Open Road Race

8:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Leg 1 of the Open Road Race

Continental Breakfast At the Start; Full Breakfast at the Turnaround

11:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Derby Kilo - Derby Airfield

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Derby Kilo and Open Road Race Awards Dinner

8:00 PM - 8:45PM - Drivers Meeting - Open Road Race
